Why Flexi works

I was asked to write this article by the Young Solicitors Group as flexible working in the legal profession is increasingly in demand, especially with younger lawyers and with lawyers in their 30s who are starting their young families. As there are more women  lawyers entering the profession than men (and have been for the last 10 years), flexible working is becoming higher on the agenda of many law firms.

This article looks at some of the issues.
